* MUST be filled out completely with credit references (including the fax numbers
and the account numbers) and signed on page 1 & 2 by Owner/Partner (Manager
or Buyer is not acceptable). The line of credit requested should be the same value of order placed.
State Resale Certificate
* MUST be filled out completely. A state tax license or business registration cannot be accepted. Please see your D.R. Outdoors rep. For proper state Resale Certificate. This is required to be on file by almost every state for auditing purposes.
*Resale certificates not needed in Alaska, Delaware, New Hampshire and Oregon

The D.R.Outdoors Performance Apparel Booking Program for 2008 offers five levels of participation
For our dealers with the opportunity to have increased discounts. This offer is only good on orders placed between January 1st. and July 1st, 2008. (STOCK IS LIMITED)
TOTAL ORDER DISCOUNT TERMS
*LEVEL 1 $1,500. 0% NET 30
*Minimum to maintain Dealer Status
LEVEL 2 $5,000. 3% NET 30
LEVEL 3 $10,000. 4% NET 45
LEVEL 4 $25,000 5% NET 60
LEVEL (5) $1,500 & up 5% COD or Credit cards
Terms and conditions
- Orders must be placed between January 1,2008 and July 1,2008.
- Orders must ship between January 1, 2008 and July 1,2008.
- Order changes and cancellations must be made, in writing, through the customer’s D.R.Outdoors sales representative within 30 day’s of original desired ship date.
- All returns must have authorization from D.R.Outdoors Inc. and be shipped freight prepaid. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. 15% restocking fee applies on all returns. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of shipping.
- All NSF and returned checks will be charged a $25.handling fee.
- All packages that arrive damaged should be noted by the carrier prior to accepting delivery. Claims for missing packages should be filed with the carrier.
- Any shortages or damages must be reported to D.R. Outdoors Inc. within 10 days for a claim
- $1,500 minimum spring order is required to maintain D.R. Outdoors Dealer status.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or program.
- All reorders will receive 0% discount and Net 30 day terms.
